ABOUT
L'Atelier gite is located in the heart of Beaulieu-lès-Loches ,
town classified as "Small Towns of Character", in Touraine .
It is near the castles of the Loire and South Touraine (Amboise, Chenonceau, Loches, Montrésor, Bridoré, Betz-le-Château, Grillemont, Le Châtelier, Chambord),
the garden village of Chédigny , the ZooParc de Beauval ,
the Haute-Touche Zoological Reserve and the Futuroscope.
It is a completely independent house
having a very large common courtyard with the gîte Le Presbytère,
the spaces are correctly delimited, specific to each gîte.
The Atelier and the Presbytery can be rented together or separately.
L'Atelier can accommodate a maximum of 5 people , with:
- 1 bedroom, equipped with a 160x200 bed, shower room and WC,
- 1 bedroom, equipped with a 160x200 bed, shower room and WC,
- 1 bed 90x200 (in the living room),
- Living room with 139 cm TV, Freebox TV, Fiber + free WiFi,
- Dining room for 5 people,
- Fully equipped kitchen with coffee, tea, oil and other products available,
- Washing machine and detergent,
- Terrace & large courtyard with garden furniture, gas plancha, parasol,
- Shelter to accommodate bicycles (" Accueil Vélo " label).
The price includes beds made on arrival , towels , Wifi ,
cleaning products (especially for washing machines and dishwashers),
coffee, tea, sugar, oil, vinegar, and baby equipment if needed.
End of stay cleaning is an option , the cost of which is 25 euros for stays of 1 to 4 nights, from the 5th night, the price is 60 euros.
8 breakfast formulas are available, including 4 for children:
- sweet at €12 / person (€7.50 / child),
- savory at €15 / person (€9 / child),
- gluten-free sweet at €14 / person (€9.50 / child),
- savory without gluten at €17 / person (€11 / child).
Breakfasts are largely made from local products .
Tarifs en euros, sans la taxe de séjour (1€/adulte/jour) et sans option ménage.
