Le Presbytère gite is located in the heart of Beaulieu-lès-Loches ,
town classified as "Small Towns of Character", in Touraine .
It is near the castles of the Loire and South Touraine (Amboise, Chenonceau, Loches, Montrésor, Bridoré, Betz-le-Château, Grillemont, Le Châtelier, Chambord),
the garden village of Chédigny , the ZooParc de Beauval ,
the Haute-Touche Zoological Reserve and the Futuroscope.
It is a completely independent house
with a very large common courtyard, with the gîte L'Atelier ,
the spaces are correctly delimited, specific to each gîte.
Le Presbytère and L'Atelier can be rented together or separately.
Le Presbytère can accommodate a maximum of 10 people , with:
- 1 bedroom, equipped with a 160x200 bed, shower room and WC,
- 2 bedrooms, equipped with a 160x200 bed + 1 90x190 bed, shower room and WC,
- 1 bedroom with 2 90x200 beds (or 1 180x200 bed), bathroom and WC,
- Living room with 114 cm TV, Freebox TV, Fiber + free WiFi,
- Dining room for 10 people,
- Fully equipped kitchen with coffee, tea, oil and other products available,
- Washing machine and detergent,
- Terrace & large courtyard with garden furniture, gas plancha, parasol,
- Shelter to accommodate bicycles (" Accueil Vélo " label).
The price includes beds made on arrival , towels , Wifi ,
cleaning products (especially for washing machines and dishwashers),
coffee, tea, sugar, oil, vinegar, and baby equipment if needed.
End of stay cleaning is an option , the cost of which is 60 euros for stays of 1 to 4 nights, from the 5th night, the price is 120 euros.
8 formules petits-déjeuners sont proposées, dont 4 pour les enfants :
- sucré à 12€ / personne (7,50 € / enfant),
- salé à 15€ / personne (9 € / enfant),
- sucré sans gluten à 14€ / personne (9,50 € / enfant),
- salé sans gluten à 17€ / personne (11 € / enfant).
Les petits-déjeuners sont en grande partie réalisés à partir de produits locaux.
Tarifs en euros, sans la taxe de séjour (1€/adulte/jour) et sans option ménage.
Paiement possible par CB (depuis le site internet ou sur place), espèces, chèques vacances ANCV, Paypal.
