Le Grand Presbytère is the meeting of the two lodgings
Le Presbytère (10 people) and L'Atelier (5 people).
It is located in the heart of Beaulieu-lès-Loches ,
town classified as "Small Towns of Character", in Touraine .
It is near the castles of the Loire and South Touraine (Amboise, Chenonceau, Loches, Montrésor, Bridoré, Betz-le-Château,
Grillemont, Le Chatelier, Chambord),
the garden village of Chédigny , the ZooParc de Beauval ,
the Haute-Touche Zoological Reserve and the Futuroscope.
It is a totally independent property
with a very large courtyard of approximately 500 m2.
Conditions to respect: 15 people maximum - Party prohibited
Le Presbytère can accommodate a maximum of 10 people , with:
- 1 bedroom, equipped with a 160x200 bed, shower room and WC,
- 2 bedrooms, equipped with a 160x200 bed + 1 90x190 bed, shower room and WC,
- 1 bedroom with 2 90x200 beds (or 1 180x200 bed), bathroom and WC,
- Living room with 114 cm TV, Freebox TV, Fiber + free WiFi,
- Dining room for 10 people,
- Fully equipped kitchen with coffee, tea, oil and other products available,
- Washing machine and detergent,
- Terrace & large courtyard with garden furniture, gas plancha, parasol.
L'Atelier can accommodate a maximum of 5 people , with:
- 1 bedroom, equipped with a 160x200 bed, shower room and WC,
- 1 bedroom, equipped with a 160x200 bed, shower room and WC,
- 1 bed 90x200 (in the living room),
- Living room with 139 cm TV, Freebox TV, Fiber + free WiFi,
- Dining room for 5 people,
- Fully equipped kitchen with coffee, tea, oil and other products available,
- Washing machine and detergent,
- Terrace & large courtyard with garden furniture, gas plancha, parasol.
Shelter to accommodate bicycles (" Accueil Vélo " label).
The price includes beds made on arrival , towels , Wifi ,
cleaning products (especially for washing machines and dishwashers), coffee, tea, sugar, oil, vinegar, and baby equipment if needed.
End of stay cleaning is an option , the cost of which is 100 euros for stays of 1 to 4 nights, from the 5th night, the price is 160 euros.
